on July 31, 2019I love to see wildflowers beside the road, and stop whenever I can. I hate it when there's a great flower and there's nowhere to pull over. This is a great example of a pretty flower with a wonderful green and blue-green background.

on July 30, 2019The flowers certainly have a front row seat to an amazing view. They remind me of primrose, though maybe not the common evening primrose. So interesting that much of the color comes from the lower leaves that are already turning red
